State and County Sales Tax rate of 6.05% applies to all purchases unless a copy of Oklahoma Sales Tax Exemption permit is emailed prior to bidding (email to mandymm@mckinneyauctions.com). Oklahoma Sales Tax Exemption permit must be active and in registered bidder's name.
We will email you an invoice from mandymm@mckinneyauctions.com at the close of the auction. Please add this email address to your contact list to ensure you receive the email. Please reply to the email by Wednesday at noon CST on how you choose to pay and if you need the items shipped. We accept cash, check or money order at pickup or credit card via emailed link or at pickup. All credit card payments will be an additional 4% buyer's fee. NO ITEMS ARE TO BE REMOVED UNTIL PAID.
PICK UP AND REMOVAL: Pick up will start on Thursday, September 17, 2026, from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and Friday, September 18, 2026, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Items MUST be picked up by 6:00 p.m. on Friday, September 18, 2026. NOTE: If you do not pick up your items, your credit card will be charged for the items you purchased. All successful bids must be picked up within scheduled times unless other arrangements have been made. No items can be removed until McKinney Auctions has received and acknowledged payment in full. Any items not picked up by scheduled time (for specific auction), WILL BE FORFITTED TO THE SELLER- McKinney Auctions reserves the right to resell any property not picked up by the conclusion of the appointment made.
SHIPPING & HANDLING: Not all items are available to ship. If you require shipping, please pay attention to the items you are bidding on to be sure they are available for shipping. If you win the bid on an item that is not available for shipping and you require shipping, you will still be required to pay for the item. All invoices requiring shipping must be paid by credit card within 24 hours of emailed invoice. The buyer is responsible for the shipping fee plus a $10.00 handling/packaging fee. We make every effort to package each item with care and proper packaging. We are not responsible for damage during shipping or lost items in transit. We will email a shipping tracking number once item is shipped.
