Terms and Conditions: All items sell as is and where is - ALL SALES FINAL State, City and County Sales Tax rate of 11.989% applies to all purchases unless a copy of Oklahoma Sales Tax Exemption permit is emailed prior to bidding (email to mandymm@mckinneyauctions.com). Oklahoma Sales Tax Exemption permit must be active and in registered bidder's name. 15% Buyer's Premium PAYMENT TERMS: Purchases are to be paid within 48 hours following the end of the auction. We will email you an invoice from Mandymm@mckinneyauctions.com. Please add this email address to your contact list to ensure you receive the email. Checks with Bank Letter (payable to ASA Auctions), Cashier Check, Wire Transfer and Credit Card will be accepted. A 4% convenience fee for credit card purchases will be assessed. PICK UP AND REMOVAL: Pick up by appointment and must be within two weeks of the close of the auction (May 26, 2026). All successful bids must be picked up within scheduled timeframe unless other arrangements have been made. No items can be removed until ASA Auctions and/or McKinney Auctions has received and acknowledged payment in full. Any items not picked up by scheduled time WILL BE FORFITTED TO THE SELLER- ASA Auctions and/or McKinney Auctions reserves the right to resell any property not paid for in full by the conclusion of the scheduled pick up time or appointment made.
