Directions: From the intersection of Highway 51 and 141st (stoplight at QT in Coweta), go west 3/4 mile to auction site on right side of the road. Watch for signs.

Auctioneer Note: The Family of the late Billy Reamy has commissioned McKinney Auctions to liquidate the personal property. There will be lots of quality tools, shop items, scrap iron and steel, furniture, an automobile and select farm items. Make plans to spend the day with us on Oct. 3rd. Concessions available.

Important Auction Information: 

• We will update the website regularly with items and pictures listed for auction.

• There will be no buyer’s premium on cash or check payments. 

• All equipment and merchandise must be removed from the auction site the day of the sale unless arrangements have been made with McKinney Auctions.

• All merchandise is sold “as is where is” with no guarantees or warranties expressed by the auction company.  All guarantees are between the buyer and seller.

• Not responsible for accidents, illness, fire, theft or acts of nature.

• You must register for a buyer’s number at the registration table the day of the sale before you bid on an item. Buyer’s numbers from previous sales are not valid.

• Terms: Full settlement day of sale, cash or check. Bring a copy of your current tax exempt form or sales tax will be collected.
