Important Auction Information:
Advertising deadline to be included in the flier/sale bill is March 18. Let us know if you have items that you would like to consign and we will add them to the sale flyer and paper ads.
We are accepting consignments on site starting the Wednesday before the sale. We accept most anything that you have to sell.
We will update the website regularly with items and pictures listed for advertisement.
There will be no buyer’s premium on cash or check payments. There will be a 3% buyer’s premium on credit card payments.
All equipment and merchandise must be removed from the auction site the day of the sale unless arrangements have been made with McKinney Auctions.
All merchandise consigned in the sale must be free of any mortgage.
All titled vehicles and equipment must be accompanied with a clear title and no liens! If there is a lien on the title, we will not sell it. The title must be in the name of the seller. NO EXCEPTIONS.
All merchandise is sold “as is where is” with no guarantees or warranties expressed by the auction company. All guarantees are between the buyer and seller.
Not responsible for accidents, fire, theft or acts of nature.
You must register for a buyer’s number at the office the day of the sale before you bid on an item. Buyer’s numbers from previous sales are not valid.
Terms: Full settlement day of sale, cash, check or credit card. Credit card purchases have a 3% buyer′s fee. Bring a copy of your current tax exempt form or sales tax will be collected.
